But One Thing I Dont Like Is During Night Time Its Quiet and For People Who LIke Privacy This Will be The place . I do Hope Pullman Do REvised The Price FOr The Stay Too Over Expensive For 5Star HOtel Compare To Legend 4 Star Hotel In Cherating . Overall I Give 3.5Star For Design And Hospitality Marks.

 Had a nice roll with a Purple belt From Hong Kong Gracie Bara Mr Henry Chan . Its a nice experience from a purple belt . what i do like the most is his move are quite stepping stone in a way its like a book step by step ! he is quite enjoy rolling with him even im injured from abu dhabi he also do take care my knee not to injured me ! but i do feel i need to do more positioning than submission since injured i think i should just play position and get out of bad position than submission and abs warming up to improve my game not just always go for submission . The way of bjj is always gentle and i also need to play with more controlled leg locks .

Its been a long time since my old blog has been deleted ! I have been promoted to blue By sam wee of long overdue . It always remind me of the first time i started Bjj (thanks to Charles Wong ) and The first time i meet Sam Wee and Vince Choo and the art of  Brazilian Jujitsu. All this years of training  finally paid off  if not for Sam i wont notice how effective Bjj was compare to Tkd . What i Really like about Bjj people is that we dont have ego in our mind we progress with our partner and we dont try to kill or hurt our partner  cause we treat our partner as a family .But tkd was different alot of ego and too depend of belt and ranking or in other words too master orientated. when you learn something tkd always say this cannot taht cannot and what is the used when you are out in the street ( you cant just say to the atacker you cannot hit my face only can kick ) and only once you get your black belt only you can learn self defence . but in Bjj you learn more techique than in tkd and all works in fights cause mostly because are tested in the ring (ultimate fighting championship). I am not trying to bash any martial art but we our self must face reality that conventional martial art is always a sport and not be brain wash by them .
